A Little Bit About Me

First and foremost I am a husband and father to four. I’m a technology and operations leader with over 20 years of experience spanning enterprise consulting, digital transformation, systems implementation, and operational strategy across public sector, nonprofit, legal, and commercial environments.


I began my career in technology consulting and digital systems work, building and delivering web platforms, infrastructure solutions, and enterprise systems for higher education institutions and private sector clients. Over time, this evolved into leading large-scale project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional technical teams focused on improving how organizations use technology to operate and communicate.


Across my career, my focus has consistently been on building systems that improve how organizations make decisions, allocate resources, and deliver work at scale—combining consulting discipline, operational leadership, and applied automation. I’m especially interested in areas where technology, operations, and AI can be combined to redesign how work gets planned and delivered in complex environments.
